Planning a group order? Sugar & Stitch Designs specializes in high-quality custom apparel for events, teams, schools, churches, businesses, and celebrations of all kinds. Whether you’re ordering for a small group or a large event, we make the process simple, professional, and stress-free.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A BULK ORDER?
Bulk pricing applies to orders of 12 or more items featuring the same design and print placement.

Bulk orders are perfect for:

  • Sports teams & team parents
  • Schools, PTO/PTA & teachers
  • Churches & community groups
  • Corporate teams & branded apparel
  • Birthday parties, reunions & special events

BULK PRICING GUIDELINES (CUSTOM SHIRTS)

Retail price (1–11 shirts): $25 each

Bulk pricing begins at 12 items:

  • 12–24 shirts: $22 each
  • 25–49 shirts: $20 each
  • 50–99 shirts: $18 each
  • 100+ shirts: Custom quote required

Pricing is based on one design, one setup, one print placement.

Additional customization options are priced separately.

ADD-ON CUSTOMIZATION (PRICED SEPARATELY)

Bulk pricing applies to the base shirt only. Add-ons include:

  • Individual names or numbers
  • Multiple print locations (front + back)
  • Specialty print colors or finishes
  • Individual packaging
  • Rush processing

Add-on pricing will be included in your custom quote.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard bulk order turnaround is 7–10 business days from:

  • final design approval
  • full payment receipt

Rush options may be available for an additional fee, depending on order size and timeline.

IMPORTANT BULK ORDER POLICIES

To ensure quality and efficiency, all bulk orders follow these guidelines:

  • Full payment is required before production begins
  • All designs must be finalized and approved before printing
  • Bulk pricing applies to identical designs only
  • Changes after approval may result in additional fees
  • Orders of 100+ items require a custom quote
