All of our products are handmade and customized with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after final confirmation of your project or proof approval. The exact processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the item and order volume. We strive to complete each order with care and attention to detail.  During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and item weight. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option. We offer the following shipping methods:

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sugar & Stitch Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance for added protection.

📬 Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, etc.) are out of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim and following up with the carrier.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand!
