At Sugar & Stitch Designs, every order is made just for you — 
with care, intention, and a boutique touch.

PROCESSING TIME

Every item is made to order. Standard processing time is 7 to 10 
business days before your order ships. This does not include 
transit time.

Bulk and group orders of 10 or more items may require additional 
processing time. We will always confirm your timeline before you 
order if you have a deadline.

NEED IT FASTER?

Have an event, tournament, or deadline coming up? Contact us at 
customerservice@sugarnstitch.com before placing your order to ask 
about rush production. Rush orders are subject to availability and 
an additional fee applies.

SHIPPING

We ship nationwide via calculated carrier rates. Your exact 
shipping cost will always be visible before you complete checkout.

Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Local to Plainfield, NJ? Select free local pickup at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship within the United States only. Join our email 
list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes 
available.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking 
information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

DELAYS

During peak seasons such as back to school, holidays, and 
graduation, processing times may run slightly longer. We will 
always communicate proactively if your order is affected.
