MADE TO ORDER POLICY

Every item at Sugar & Stitch Designs is custom made just for you 
after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept 
returns or refunds on completed orders.

Please double check your sizing, color selection, and 
personalization details carefully before completing checkout.

ORDER ACCURACY & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including 
all spelling on personalized items. Once production begins, orders 
cannot be changed or canceled.

Need a change? Contact us at customerservice@sugarnstitch.com 
within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to 
accommodate you.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged, 
defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery 
at customerservice@sugarnstitch.com with a clear photo of the 
issue and your order number.

We will make it right with a replacement or store credit. Your 
satisfaction matters to us.

SIZING

Please review our size chart carefully before ordering. We are 
unable to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection as all items 
are made to order.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard processing time is 7 to 10 business days before your 
order ships. This does not include transit time. Need it sooner? 
Contact us before placing your order to ask about rush production 
options.
