HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All Sugar & Stitch Designs products are made to order just for you. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production plus shipping time. We do not ship from existing inventory.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

Rush orders may be available depending on current production volume. Please contact us at customerservice@sugarnstitch.com before placing your order to confirm availability.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PERSONALIZATION DETAILS?

During checkout you will see fields to enter your personalization information such as name, number, team name, or custom text. Please double check all spelling before submitting as we produce exactly what is entered.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After production has begun we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@sugarnstitch.com if you need to make a change.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because all of our products are custom made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR GROUP ORDERS?

Yes. We specialize in bulk orders for schools, sports teams, churches, corporate events, family reunions, and more. Contact us at customerservice@sugarnstitch.com to request a custom quote.

WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We use DTF (Direct to Film) and sublimation printing to produce vibrant, long lasting designs with a professional boutique finish.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

To preserve the quality of your design, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach or iron directly on the design.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
